Polaris Dive Center
- Dive operation starts at 08:00 a.m. and ends at 05:00 p.m. (except for early morning-, sunset- and night-dives)
- Unused dives will not be refunded in cash. We will issue a voucher which is valid for 1 year
- Unused free-dives (discounts, special offers, etc.) cannot be replaced
- All scuba dives include dive guide, boat-ride, scuba tank and weight

Marine Park- and Scuba Diving Fees
Cabilao has been declared by the Department of Enviroment and Natural Resources (DENR) as a Marine Park/Reserve and therefore the following fees applies. The collected fees are used for the conservation of the Marine Park.
Note: Said fees have to be paid onsite and cash only. No credit card accepted

General Terms and Conditions
Validity and Currency
- The prices are valid until September 30, 2023
- All Prices are in Philippine Peso
- Rates are subjected to change without prior notice
Terms of payment
- For direct pre-booking guests the full payment has to be transferred to one of our accounts 30 days prior arrival
- Under certain circumstances a downpayment of 50% may be claimed
- Onsite cash payments in different main currencies are accepted. The daily exchange rate will apply
- Credit card payments (Mastercard and Visa) are possible (except for the marine park and diving fees)
Cancellation
In case of a cancellation or change the following cancellation costs will be charged
- 30 -15 days before arrival → 50% of all the offered services
- 14 - 0 days before arrival / no show up → 100% of all the offered services
- All associated costs and expenses for a refund are charged to the customer
