Solar energy brings added attraction to Cabilao Island. The power from the sun spells the difference for this place, which is propably the first island village in the country to be linked to the rest of the world through the wonder of the internet. The school will be using the computers at school hours only. The rest of the days the laboratory is available for further use like Internet café or adult education. |
